"Really nice and superclean room/house for family. Food was some of the best we had in Kerala. Very helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings. Good value for money, overall."

"Great Experience"

"The views were spectacular, the food was amazing, the people were incredibly friendly and helpful."

" This is the worst property I have ever encountered. It has a musty odor, mould growing on the curtains and fixtures, and the staff are unprofessional. I strongly advise people to avoid this property— the living conditions are completely unsafe"

"The staff was very friendly. It was a really warm welcome and a pleasant stay. Felt cozy and like home. My entire family loved it."

"Excellent pristine Resort: to spend a week away from the City pollution."

"Wonderful staff, beautiful location, they take care of guests so well. Big 5 stars and excellent 👌"

"AVOID..I will give this place negative ratings if it’s an option. It’s the filthiest place I ever checked into. The rooms smell moldy. Bed sheets had stains. Their photos are totally misleading. Most of the reviews are fake. I immediately asked the receptionist to cancel the booking and asked for a full or partial refund. They asked me cancel via Expedia and they will refund. I did the same but they informed the Expedia agent they won’t give any refunds."

"First hotel in my life to have turned me away saying we did not accept your booking. I made the booking and it was non-refundable, after a long day of driving and expedition, I make it to the hotel to find out I do not have a room. Staff at the reception was -5/5 and took 20 minutes to type one line in english which was a confirmation I was requesting on paper that the hotel turned me away and considering this was a non refundable booking, I should get reimbursed Try and avoid booking here"
