"I was very sceptical when I saw the neighborhood and the outside of the hotel,but once I checked in I was pleasantly surprised. Recently renovated rooms,very nice. The downside was the tissue which wasn't even 1ply and completely see through and even though the doors had a deadbolt, the extra lock at the top would have been a bonus. Bathroom was small but again big enough for me.It was quiet and peaceful."

"This was a halfway point for our group coming from Texas on our way to Destin FL. We got in at 2am and check-in was less than 3 minutes...it was so easy and fast. We had 2 toddlers 2 teens and 2 adults and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast buffet was very good. The kids especially loved making their own waffles. This was a very good stay. I recommend and we would stay again. "

"Upon arrival check in was great. Booked a room on the third floor which was clean but had roaches. Front desk immediately came up to room with keys for another room. Ask me if they could see the bug and said that room would be exterminated. Moved to a higher floor and had no issues. Be prepared to pay for parking. "

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only had one hiccup. Miss understanding about the shuttle service. But we addressed the problem & Bally’s makes it right.
Room was a bit small & there’s no fridge or microwave. But other than that we had a very pleasant experience. My husband & I were extremely impressed with the staff. 👍👍😊"

Only downside was getting out of the hotel to the highway. The main road to the hotel frequently backed up for people trying to enter the highway, but that was the only issue."
