"Virkelig hyggeligt sted med en fantastisk dejlig have. Værelset var rent og pænt"

"I have to say, this was a perfect stay. Single traveller. From arrival to departure, the staff and service were faultless The cabines are super. The attention to detail very good indeed. Coffee and tea making facilities with sealed bottles of milk and water. Complimentary flapjacks... Large TV, controllable heat and a cooling fan. A window near the bed for those warm nights. Full USB sockets integrated to wall plugs next to the bed as well as a sidelight. Curtains for blackout. A...

"We had the most wonderful stay here - The room was perfect, and breakfast was somehow even better that perfect! Within our 2 night stay we became regulars at The Forester Arms right next door as well, what a great spot!!! I only wish we could have stayed longer. If I could give the Thatched Cottage 50 out of 5 stars, I would :)"

"Hotellet lever ikke op til den høje pris. Udeområder var fine men inde er hotellet træt og indretningen er rodet med et mix af landhus og Thai style tema. Hotellets Afternoon-tee var en katastrofe, aldrig fået så ringe sandwiches og kager, 0 stjerner. Morgenmaden var kedelig, bacon og æg skulle tilkøbes selv om vi have morgenmad med i vores pakke, det dur ikke. Kommer ikke igen."

"Had a lovely, spacious room with a king size bed and lifesaving portable air con Very nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities excellent. The property is only a 2 minute walk from 3 pubs, 2 restaurants, a convenience store, tea room and the train station. But you hear no noise. There is parking outside the property."

"Great breakfast choices and hot food cooked to order."

"Det var en behagelig overraskelse. Jeg fandt lidt tilfældigt The White Star Tavern, da vi skulle bruge en overnatning i Southampton, og jeg troede faktisk det var lidt gammelt og skramlet. Men det er tip top i orden værelser med lækker shampo i den nye bruser, både elkedel og kaffemaskine og frisk mælk og endda en øl i køleskabet. God seng og ekstra vinduer ud mod gaden. Fantastisk morgenmad, god service."

"Skønt ophold, dejligt værelse, godt beliggende hotel, dejlige faciliteter, god restaurant og god morgenmad"

"AOK"

"The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton."

"Alt var fint. Personalet var meget imødekommende."

"ok"

"Utrolig venlig og imødekommende personale. Vi følte os meget velkomne. Flotte omgivelse og pæne værelser. God mad både aften og morgen."

"Had a lovely Halloween stay in Burley, such a great location in the New Forest. Really appreciated the friendly staff, lovely welcoming bar, and the superb Halloween decorations which really set the scene and mood."

"Exceeded all my expectations."
