Villa Hitu is a 5-bedroom sanctuary that seamlessly blends contemporary design with traditional Javanese architecture. Set on 500m² of lush, landscaped gardens, its beautifully restored antique wood Joglo and upscale furnishings create a one-of-a-kind ambiance—just 1.5km from the beach and moments away from Seminyak’s vibrant shops and dining.

The ground floor boasts an open-air living area overlooking a stunning 20x4m pool (including a shallow children’s section) and a cozy gazebo. Adjacent is a spacious dining area with a large table for up to 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, oven, microwave, and more.

Three expansive master bedrooms (each 50m²) are located on the ground floor—two on either side of the living space, and one in a separate guest pavilion. All have king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, dressing rooms, and direct pool and garden access. Two additional upstairs bedrooms, each with twin beds (convertible into a king), share a bathroom, making them perfect for families.

Situated just off Jalan Raya Seminyak, Villa Hitu offers both serenity and convenience—a short stroll to the famous Legian-Seminyak area, a 10-minute walk to the beach, and quick taxi rides to Oberoi Street. Dedicated house staff will ensure your stay is effortless and relaxing, allowing you to fully embrace Bali’s tropical charm

Absolutely 5/5. We had a group of 10 consisting of 2 families with older teenagers. The villa was perfect for us. Rooms downstairs were huge so a great to have your own space to get away. Pool was wonderful, nice and big and clean. Can’t speak highly enough of the ladies that cooked us dinner on a few nights. Perfect quiet location but 1 min to great restaurants and 5 mins to Bintang supermarket. If considering this villa you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely villa short distance from Seminyak beach

Lovely villa with a great pool and outdoors area. Off a quiet road in Seminyak, but cafes/restaurants within a few minutes walk. Around 30 minutes walk to the beaches, or a short cab ride on one of the local apps. All as described and good service. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great for Family Holiday

We really enjoyed our time at the Villa. Staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. They organised in house massages and cooked an Indonesion banquet for us. We organised to have an AU standard height pool fence, it was delivered and installed before we arrived. A good spot for walking into Seminyak. Probably the only thing to be aware of is the bar with nightly bands down the road, but they do finish by 11pm.

Nice place that lacks intrinsic "feel"

We had a very good stay at Hitu but it does lack a fair bit in any sort of "feel". Communication is ok prior to arriving but on arrival the Property Manager gave us a 10min brief then took off for another villa. Of the 10 days we were there we only saw him one other time. He did answer Whatsapp messages and saw to some things but there wasn't any "local knowledge" to be shared or having a cook come in and do breakfast. That could have been done but at an inflated price and without any real conviction. Do you need that relationship with the staff? Some yes and some no but descriptions of local travel, good shops, recommendations on certain places in the area, etc would be what I would expect from a good Manager. Staff overall including cleaning, pool and gardening could be 10-20% better. Overall the property does provide well for an excellent stay and the input from the staff probably doesn;t matter too much to most people. On extra. The band plays every night in the Orchard and it can be loud within the villa. Especially in the bungalow where we slept. Luckily we were very tired each night, so getting to sleep wasn't any big drama but for lighter sleepers, keep this in mind.

Felt disappointed regarding value and enjoyment expected

The property is lovely although aged and could do with some up grade. Not having access to a toilet on the second level was inconvenient. The music from the Orchid was something we got use to. Not having air conditioning not fully functioning in two rooms and no hot water until maintenance was requested made it uncomfortable for two days. Not having complimentary breakfast on first morning as expected was also disappointing.

Wonderful Villa

The Villa and its amenities were perfect for our family holiday. The pool was a highlight and the fully equipped kitchen was an added bonus. Bedrooms/bathrooms were very comfortable. Very close to shops and restaurants but a 20 minute walk to the beach. Stayz was excellent to deal and the communication was also excellent.

Villa en dehors des axes routiers

Villa à l’abri des regards indiscrets et à l’écart des axes routiers Villa éloignée de la mer à pieds + 20 mn Villa avec équipements non récents et meubles dans son jus. Pour nous ça manque d’être rafraîchie ! Le personnel est assez sympa .. ils passent en coups de vent et n’importe quand. Offre de prestation (petit déjeuner…) trop cher… il est préférable d’aller dans les restaurants aux alentours. Seminyak aucun intérêt a moins que vous adorez les scooters !

Excellent villa

Villa Hitu more than lived up to expectations. The villa team had excellent pre-arrival communications. We were greeted by Aditya, who was very helpful, especially re ordering transfer for our return flight. The housekeeper was also really helpful, especially re liaising with the local laundry. The villa was clean on arrival, and was as pictured in the photos (ie amazing!). Plenty of space, both in and out of the sun. Excellent pool and living area. Top notch air con in the bedrooms. Housekeeping service also excellent with tidy rooms each day and change of bed linen three times in a week. Good wifi (50+mbps if I recall). The villa is in a quiet residential area, although the nearby Orchard Bar can play music in the evening (but this did not bother us : it was not overly loud, and we were out for much of the evening for restaurants, with the music ending before 1130 each night : certainly, it did not disturb our sleep as the air con unit was louder(!)). The beach is about 0.9 miles walk, big supermarket about 0.2 miles away, with a large selection of restaurants varying between a 10-20 minute walk. The garden was well looked after, and there is mention in their info file that the grounds are sprayed for insects regularly , evidenced by the fact that there seemed to be minimal insects (although would still advise use of insect repellant(!)). There is a water cooler providing drinking water which was a bonus. Kitchen well equipped. Overall : highly recommended.

Great start to our time in Bali

This was the first time my family and i had visited Bali, and this property was a great start to our holiday. Quite a busy and vibrant area with plenty to do nearby. The communication and attention provided by the Manager was great.

Beautiful villa

The villa was perfect for our family of 9 people with the wonderful swimming pool. However we had been advised that we would receive a welcome drink and fruit basket on arrival which did not happen. There was no phone attached to a taxi rank and no free mobile phone available as stated in all the brochures. Aditya was very helpful organising a car and driver for us whenever we needed it by using Whats app.

We stayed together with another family. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location once we found how to cut through allies to main area. Close to Bintang Supermarket. Found many great places to eat nearby.

Amazing villa

The villa definitely lived up to all of our expectations from the photos. Facilities were 1st class and both Teddy, the manager and Made the housekeeper were brilliant. Teddy helped us organise various trips which were all amazing and Made was so good at looking after the villa. Location wise it was excellent, set in a quiet residential area. There were a number of places to eat within 5 minutes walk and a small convenience store. There was a large supermarket about 10 minutes walk and the beach was about 20 minutes walk away. We ate quite a few times on “Eat Street” which was about 20 minutes walk and had loads of choice. The outside space was awesome and we spent many lovely, relaxing days by the pool. If we ever return to Bali we would definitely stay here again.

Un séjour inoubliable entre amis

Groupe de 8 amis dont 3 couples, nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cette sublime villa. Les chambres sont magnifiques et confortables, les lieux très propres et nettoyés quotidiennement, le mobilier et la décoration de goût... Wayan, le manager, a été d'une grande aide pour nous accompagner de notre arrivée à notre départ, pour arranger nos diverses activités. Seul petit bémol : bar à proximité avec concerts live, les soirées ne sont donc pas toujours calmes. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de ce séjour.

Beautiful villa

Our family of 9 had a great time at the Villa Hitu!! The pool was definitely the highlight, we all enjoyed it especially after doing a lot of walking around the Seminyak area. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, food is a 5 minute walk as well as the shopping. So it is in a great location!! The bedrooms are very large, the bedding was comfortable, and the villa decor was beautiful. Overall, it was a great place to start our trip to Bali.

Haven in Seminyak

The house is really amazing: great layout, wonderful decoration. We felt so comfortable that we ended up spending most of our time at the house... why go anywhere when you have it so good.... Staff was on site from 9am to 5pm, very discreet and helpful. Location is very central, walking distance to the Beach (+/-15'). Thank you, Fabien, Anna, Milla and Viggo from San Francisco

Beautiful villa, good location, perfect for families and group of friends

Quiet, yet conveniently located near Bintang Supermarket, a very good bar/restaurant and a pizza place. Would have been perfect if it were a little closer to the beach, but it's still walking distance.

Mooie Villa op goede locatie

Beneden zijn 3 mooie slaapkamers met eigen badkamers. Boven zijn 2 slaapkamers met niet erg grote bedden met een badkamer zonder toilet. Het ontbijt is aan te raden personeel erg vriendelijk we konden de was laten doen. Zwembad en tuin werden goed bijgehouden. Service is erg goed. Strand is dichtbij, winkels en restaurants ook.
