"Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. Perfect for myself, my two young adult sons, and their friend to spend the Christmas holiday week together.We also loved that the house is next to the Portixol Hotel, great place for a drink, coffee and/or meal. "We loved staying there. Original Spanish cottage, with lots of terraces so we could move around were the sun were. Beautiful and functional outdoor kitchen. Leaving room with a breathtaking view. Everything was as described and the owner greeted us when we arrived."

"Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. "Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy ."

"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...
