NEW Charming country estate with swimming pool in the middle of nature

Beautiful country house located in a quiet and charming old village. All spaces are completely private and for the exclusive use of guests who book the property; the house is NOT shared. It is situated in Caimari, a small village with fewer than 1,000 inhabitants that preserves the charm of old Mallorcan villages, with stone streets and houses and the beautiful Tramuntana mountain range in its surroundings, making the area ideal for excursions and discovering a deeper Mallorca. Additionally, in Caimari you will find small local shops. If what you wish is to enjoy a good atmosphere, in Inca, a city located less than 10 minutes' drive from the property, you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and large supermarkets.



The property has a completely private swimming pool and large grounds with garden and terrace, ideal for enjoying with children. Furthermore, you will be able to enjoy beautiful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Inside the house you will find four bedrooms with capacity for 8 people, 3 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living dining room.



-As you will already know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called ecotax, used by public bodies for the preservation of the environment. In the Balearic Islands we must charge this tax to our customers, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 per night and person will be charged.



-If the booking is made through Homeaway or Booking, 30% will be requested in advance, however, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.
