"Very nice hotel, facility is new, personal are friendly, there is a parking basement with many parking lots. You also get bus ticket upon check in, that makes it super convenient to travel to Otisei. The breakfast is VERY good, many choices, omelet and scrambled egg are made on order. Only comment is the family room on 4th floor, the kids seem with a lot of energy, run around until very late. Could be nice the family room at low floor. All in all, very good stay, will definitely come back!"

"We had three nice days at this hotel - we chose it due to the central location in Val Gardena with Ortisei in walking distance. Nice area to take a walk with the dog and the surrounding mountains offers the most fantastic views. The restaurant offered a very nice dinner and breakfast buffet. The only suggestion for improvements would be to consider changing the placement of the furniture in the middle of the room - we suggest to move the bed to one of the walls to allow more floor space - this...
