Situated on a quiet corner lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, this beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome offers a calm, family-friendly setting perfect for beach vacations, couples’ trips, or relaxing coastal getaways. The low-traffic location makes it an ideal place for kids to safely play while still being close to everything the area has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable open-concept layout designed for gathering and relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals at home.

All bedrooms are conveniently located on the second floor, creating a great separation between living and sleeping spaces. The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests with a primary bedroom featuring a king bed, along with two additional bedrooms each furnished with a queen bed. Towels and sheets for beds will be provided.

Step outside to enjoy evenings around the private gas fire pit — the perfect place to unwind after sunset. Guests also have access to The Grove community pool, located just a short 3 minute walk.

• There is parking for 2 vehicles only in the driveway, street parking is not allowed and strictly enforced by HOA
• The maximum occupancy is 6 people
