The Clubhouse with the pool and gym is .5 miles away from the house. A 13 minute walk and there is parking first come first serve.

There are several close beaches: Fenwick Island Beaches are roughly 3.3 miles away and a 7 minute drive, Ocean City, MD is 12 miles or 20 minute drive, Dewey 20 miles (29 mins)-Dog friendly, Bethany 9.6 miles (18 minutes)-Dog Friendly, Delaware Seashore15.8 miles (24 mins)-dog friendly.

Rehoboth, Dewey and Bethany are quaint beach towns and so is Selbyville.

2- Pool Key Fabs provided-$200 fee if they are lost. Only guest of home are the only people allowed at the pool, strictly enforced

Rental Unit Registration Form MUST be completed prior to check in

No smoking in the home $500 fee if this house rule is not adhered to

Disruptive gatherings and other community disturbances are not allowed during any rental period including: disruptive gathers, open-invite gatherings, excessive noise, excessive visitors, excessive trespassing, smoking nuisances, parking nuisances, trespassing, vandalism, no parties or events.

Quiet Time 10 pm-8 am

$100 property management fee is add per the Overlook Community Association
Please keep visiting dogs off of all furniture including beds, chairs and sofa.

No smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes or vaping in the home or in the three seasons room. There will be a smoking fee of $250.00, if there is evidence of smoking in the home or in the three seasons room. Additional fees will occur if additional cleaning needs to be completed due to not following the no smoking policy.

Please keep all doors and windows shut when the air conditioning and heat is on in the home.

A kayak and paddle board are available for guest use at the operators own risk when using them. Please return the kayak and paddle board back to the garage when finished.
