Basketball and tennis courts are open April – September from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and October – March from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Please limit play to one hour during busy times.

You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
