Villa Xarma – Ideal Getaway 5 Minutes from the Ocean, Charm, Comfort, and Relaxation

Welcome to Villa Xarma, a peaceful retreat in Seignosse Le Penon, just a five-minute walk from the beautiful Atlantic beaches. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, this villa combines charm, comfort, and modernity, offering an idyllic setting for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends.



With 85 m² of space, Villa Xarma accommodates up to seven guests. The bright living-dining area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.



The three comfortable bedrooms are spread across multiple levels. On the first floor, one bedroom has a 160 cm double bed with a built-in closet, while another features a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. A small office space is also available. On the second level, a third bedroom has a 140 cm double bed. The villa includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet on the ground floor.



The private terrace, equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture, is ideal for relaxing and outdoor dining.



For a comfortable stay, the villa offers Wi-Fi, a large TV, and a private parking space. Baby equipment, including a travel cot, high chair, and stroller, is available on request for an extra fee.



Bed linens and towels are provided, so all you need to do is unpack and enjoy.
