The main building’s ground floor hosts the first apartment, offering one bedroom, one bathroom and a large air conditioned living-/dining area with open plan kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with a 180cm x 200cm double bed. The top modern bright and airy bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet and here you will also find a washing machine. The living-/dining area is equipped with a generous sofa, a coffee table, flat screen Sat-TV and a dining table with matching chairs. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted offering a cooker, oven, fridge/freezer combination complete with ice maker and a dishwasher. Large sliding glass doors lead from the living area directly onto the sun terrace equipped with a dining table and chairs and electric awning. From here you can enjoy stunning views across the mountains.
The villa boasts three individual apartments, each with their own separate entrance. The three accommodations can only be rented together, providing guaranteed privacy in your holiday home. If you make a booking for only two persons, you have a free choice between the three apartments. The units offer comfortable space for up to eight persons, an ideal holiday accommodation for families or groups of friends. Two apartments are located in the main building and the third is in a separate small bungalow next to the main villa. The villa and bungalow were built in 1981 and have only recently been fully renovated in the year 2014 when they were equipped with all the modern amenities you would need for a memorable holiday.
The third apartment is in a small separate bungalow behind the swimming pool overlooking the sea. It comprises one bedroom with two 100cm x 200cm single beds and convenient en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, wash basin and toilet. There also is a small kitchen unit with a cooker and fridge. This apartment also enjoys air conditioning.The outside area boasts the garden with a 6m x 4m private heated pool which is a real highlight - float along in the pool while enjoying the stunning views of the sea. A set of stairs leads from the swimming pool to the 40 m² sunbathing area. Here, you can relax in the modern furnished sitting area under the cool shade provided by the fully automated awning or soak up the sun on one of the comfortable sun loungers. Furthermore, on the other side of the swimming pool you will find a cosy barbecue area with a traditional stone grill and a modern glass dining table and eight matching chairs. The villa also offers two covered parking spaces. WiFi internet access is available free of charge.The small tourist town of Seget Vranjica is located about 4 kilometers west of Trogir, a famous historic city and heritage site under UNESCO protection. Your villa is 8 km away from the airport and 30 km from the town of Split. This small peninsula has many beautiful sandy and rocky beaches and offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic islands of Solta and Drvenik. You can explore the vineyards and olive groves of the surrounding countryside on the many walking and cycling paths. Nearby there are many islands and islets, ideal for excursions by boat or yacht. The villa is only two hundred meters away from the town center, where you can find three excellent restaurants, shops, two markets and two coffee bars.
The first floor apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining area. The first bedroom is equipped with a 180cm x 200cm double bed and the second bedroom has two 100cm x 200cm single beds and a flat screen television. In the bathroom you will find a modern walk-in shower, wash basin and large mirror cabinet and a toilet. The kitchen has a ceran cooktop, extractor hood, a small dishwasher and also a dining table and chairs. Through the glass sliding doors in the kitchen you have direct access to the panoramic sea- and mountain-view terrace complete with dining table and chairs. Both apartments in the main building enjoy underfloor heating.
