Batutu was just so easy from start to finish, all services are done via specific room WhatsApp- the food from the kitchen is delivered promptly, is well priced and is delicious. We hired a scooter and explored the area. Loved this resort and everything was top notch."

"We had a beautiful stay at the Origin Lombok. The pool area was stunning and felt Tranquil and idilyic. There were great food options and was to a high standard. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is a 10minute drive to the main town, the reception team were on hand to order us taxi’s. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Lombok. "

For instance the toilet seat was broken with sharp plastic splinters in it, the pool was not clean and the water not replaced. The hotel needs to be renovated but if you just need a place to sleep at night, it is ok because of the location and staff."

It’s perfectly placed in the city so you can walk or scooter anywhere with ease. We had incredible massages while there too. Turn down service and tea were lovely touches and daily breakfast was always a treat. We cannot recommend Lina enough!!"

The door to the bathroom did not close 100% in our room, so there was always mosquitoes in the room. You can fight most of them, but during our 2 weeks stay we had to setup a daily evening routine to avoid being bitten all night. The hotel does provide a small mosquito repellent, but it didn’t really help. We went to the local supermarket and bought the...
