"The service is slow and on a couple of occasions required multiple follow ups to get things done like getting the bathroom cleaned, getting water, towels etc. One of the USP’s of this resort is supposedly the private jacuzzi every villa has. Ours didn’t work as it leaked water. This issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. Why these checks are not carried out prior to guests checking in is beyond me. The food in the restaurant is not that great and isn’t value for money. "

secondly, no pantry/ restaurant in the hotel. if we need any emergency food/milk/tea... no way to get it as there is no restaurant nearby .

"The way to the resort is totally like a muddy terrain,they dont warn you that you cant com ein small cars. You need a proper SUV to reach the place. Only thing is the view rest all nothing is great. Rooms are in pathetic condition and beds are in bad condition. No aesthetics what so ever. Staff were kind , kumar was very helpful. "
