- Small Bedroom: This cozy room is equipped with a comfortable bed (140x200 cm). Right outside the door, there is an open wardrobe with a large mirror, perfect for your everyday needs.

- Bathroom: Equipped with a walk-in shower, modern bathroom furniture, a mirror, towels, a hairdryer, and soap
- Master-Bedroom: Enjoy restful nights in a large double bed (180x200 cm) with a dresser and direct access to the balcony.
- Open Living Space: Here, modern elements meet coziness! The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need, while the dining area for 4 people, the cozy sofa, and the Smart TV invite you to enjoy pleasant evenings. From here, you also have direct access to the balcony, where you can look over the rooftops of Seekirchen and see the church tower.

The large skylights flood the space with light and give you a direct view of the blue sky.
