The home has several small steps throughout the home and may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am. Please do not use the hot tub or make any excessive noise after 10:00 PM! This is taken extremely serious in Sedona and we expect full respect to this rule from all of our guests!
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $2000 for deodorization.
