Spread across 2190 square feet, this two-story modern mid-century home boasts a spacious and welcoming atmosphere and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

As you enter through the front door, you are greeted by an open floor plan of the living room, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen that all overlook the stunning red rock vistas.

Living Room: The living room is adorned with bright and cozy furnishings, large windows that invite natural light, and stunning views. Enjoy the sectional sofa, Smart TV, and electric fireplace, along with a seating area featuring two accent chairs for soaking in the surroundings.

Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge, providing everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Dining Area: The modern dining table in the dining area seats 6 and offers views from large surrounding windows.

Lower Living Room: The lower living room, with its modern furnishings, offers a full-size futon sofa, Smart TV, chaise lounge, and a desk area that connects to the sunroom.

Sunroom: Located on the lower level, the screened outdoor sunroom is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors while protected from the elements. It features an oversized area flooded with natural light, plenty of outdoor seating, hanging chairs, and a foosball table.

Master Bedroom 1— Located on the main level, equipped with a comfortable king bed, full-length mirror, closet, and an en-suite bathroom comprising a double sink and a beautiful tiled shower with a rain shower-head.

Bedroom 2 — On the main level, bedroom 2 boasts a king bed and gives access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 — Located on the lower level, features a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a futon sofa that can transform into a full-size sleeper, and access to a shared bathroom with a shower.
