Located in West Sedona, Sedona Happy Trails has a wonderful location that is close to attractions such as Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, along with many hiking and biking trails. You'll also find yourself close to the popular AZ 89A area where you'll find plenty of restaurants and shopping options. This home offers tons of privacy as it is surrounded by large shade trees.

This remodeled single-level property offers 1,372 square feet, three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests.

You will enter the home through the front door and will step directly into the open floor plan holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

Living Room: Enjoy comfortable contemporary furnishings including a sectional couch, 55” Smart TV with cable and Netflix. You'll also have patio access from the living room. And adjacent to this space is a lovely sunroom with seating.

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to create delicious meals.

Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for six.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom: King size pillow top bed, 40” Smart TV, large walk-in closet and access to the backyard; the en suite bathroom has dual sinks, large glass shower with dual shower heads.

Bedroom 2: Queen size pillow top bed, 40” Smart TV

Bedroom 3: Queen size pillow top bed, private deck and backyard access

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Spaces:
This home offers several lovely outdoor spaces. On the large, oversized deck that is perfect for entertaining, you'll find outdoor dining furnishings and a BBQ grill. The backyard also offers a relaxing hot tub and fire pit. The enormous backyard space offers several seating areas — all shaded by mature trees as well as yard activities such as corn hole and bocce ball.

Relaxing and peaceful stay in the main, just some house maintenance required

Peaceful and relaxing location and garden. Attractively decorated house as per the website. It was a shame there were some functional issues such as the hot water valve had 'tripped' out before we arrived and not been noticed or fixed, the dishwasher wasnt fixed to the cupboard housing so when the wiretray was pulled out the dishwasher fell forward. So you had to load the dishwasher without pulling the wire shelf out. The fridge doors didnt close as the fridge needs levelling so you had to push them closed and check the magnetic seal had caught each time.

Winter vacation

Happy trails was a great home base as we explored Sedona, wineries,hiking trails. Great to unwind in the hot tub at the end of a hiking day and relax, altho it would have been nice if temp was warmer than 99 degrees. The grill was wonderful for grilling meat and the outdoor table and chairs were used for meals. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had all necessary items needed for cooking.a washer and dryer were wonderful for washing the red rock dust from our jeans. Pink Jeep tours highly recommended. Totally enjoyed our time at happy trails home. Hope to return to this beautiful country in the future.

It is a nice home and location was prob the best thing about it. I didn't really enjoy the multiple labels all over the house and anxiety of being charged extra for every possible thing that might or could happen. 200 pet fee is just ridiculous for when suppose to be pet friendly and than after you make the reservation have a bunch of rules that the pet can't or can do. The master shower doors are a joke and don't operate correctly. Needs a serious remodel. Also be nice if you allowed the guests to use a garage opener. That was a real hassle. It was okay for what we needed but we wont be coming back.

Perfect Location in Sedona

Beautiful house with a great back yard for your dog and fantastic location! 10-15 minutes to downtown Sedona so close enough to great restaurants but far enough that you aren't dealing with all the tourist traffic that comes with staying downtown. Also, within walking distance to awesome pizza and wine place. Love it!!

Mon and Daughters Get Away

We loved the house and lication was good. The olny problems were the hot tub and Netflix. The hot tub stayed warm for about 10 mins then got to cool to stay in it as it was chilly outside. When trying Netflix we choose Sedona House like instructed then got the message that it was not available. These issues were annoying!

3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Easy access to downtown and main roads. Very comfortable stay. Loved having a sunroom, hot tub, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, grill, deck, beanbag Toss, hiking poles. Clean, comfortable, stocked with spices and coffee.

Thanksgiving hiking in Sedona

House was very conveniently located in West Sedona near Safeway and Whole Foods and easy access to restaurants and hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood. Very much loved it.

Great Sedona getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The West side location worked great for us! The house is clean and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches; Red Rock pass, great guide books, doggie dishes and bags just to name a few. We would definitely recommend this house!

Great house!

We had a great stay in this house! Communication and ease of check in was great. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the rooms were decorated nicely. We brought our dog with us so we loved having the nice fenced in yard. The only complaint we had was trouble with the AC being able to keep up. The house has a note by the AC saying during hot months not to run the AC lower than 70 because you run the risk of the unit freezing up. We ran it around 72 to 73 all week and it froze up several times. The first full day we came home to it frozen up so we had to turn the AC off for a couple hours to let it thaw out. The reason I’m still giving five stars is because when we called about the AC they had someone out to service it and they brought us two large window units that we used all week. So they fixed the problem quickly but without those extra units it would have been a hot week! But we understand July in Sedona is hot. But we still had a great stay and loved how close this house was to everything! Thank you!

I am so amazed at the whole experience.

We stayed Wednesday til Monday. When I walked into the house I was so happy. I felt instantly at home. My husband and I stayed 2 days before our boys came. The house was spotless. And we had all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, and dishes. All basic spices were amazing. The bedrooms were beautiful with the towels and washcloths all so beautifully arranged on the beds. The back yard was amazing. I want to stay there all the time. An AMAZING time. Thank y’all.

Great location

First time to Sedona and I was worried about being in the city and the noise from the traffic but it was a super quiet neighborhood. The house does have sky lights and in the summer the sun was coming up around 5 AM so it is hard to sleep in. The beds did have those paper sounding sheets so every time you tossed and turned it would just make noise and the mattress was not the worst but it could of been nicer. Most evenings we did walks around the neighborhood which was very peaceful with very little traffic. Back to the location we did an hot air balloon ride (Red Rock Balloon, highly recommend) where we had to be at the place by 4:30 AM and this house is about 2 blocks away making it easy to get there in the early morning. We also rented a jeep (Red Rock Rubicon, very highly recommend family owned, clean jeep, great experience) and it was even closer to the house than the balloon place. Plenty of restaurants close by as well that keeps you from having to drive over from West Sedona to Sedona where the traffic can get heavy and parking is limited. Overall would most likely stay here again, the sheets and beds were the only thing that could be improved.

Great location, solid house

Our stay, overall was great! The location is perfect. The master bed was comfy, but sheets slipped off of mattress every night so we had to keep adjusting. The hot tub was AMAZING after long hikes, especially the day after hiking the Grand Canyon! The house was well stocked with bath soaps and shower gels in bathrooms! Loved, loved that the house had cable TV to be able to watch local news/weather if desired. Would stay again!
