Good Location away from the congested part of Sedona. House was beautiful with a fabulous back deck with pool and hot tub. We didnt use the game room or sauna but that was nice too.The outside portion of the house was perfect for staying at home in the evening and making dinner rather than going out for dinner,Great spot

This was one of my favorite homes we have ever stayed in. The yard, pool, and game room were great for the kids, it was spacious and and had enough room and separation of spaces for all of us. It was also close to everything in Sedona but not right in the middle of the busiest part. The host is great at comminicating and left clear instructions for everything. The house is also very well stocked with truly everything you could need. I can't reccomend this place enough.

Excellent property with plenty of room for family and friends. Great location away for the crowds in Sedona but only 20 minutes from the action. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a day of hiking. Definitely a do-over!

This was one of the best homes we’ve ever rented! It was incredibly clean, with a wonderfully stocked kitchen, surprisingly comfortable beds, and an outstanding backyard oasis!! The coffee bar was part of our morning routine! There are small touches of thoughtfulness and care everywhere. We enjoyed a week-long nightly game of Monopoly, and several hours in the pool and hot tub. Everything we could have needed was provided for: pool towels, pool toys/floaties, spices, baking essentials, laundry/dish pods, games, hiking guides, and plenty of coffee and tea! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. It was an easy (and beautiful) drive into Sedona. We would definitely rent this home again. It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, three teens).

Oasis in the desert

We stayed at this oasis for four nights and it was the quietest location and so relaxing. This is location to unwind relax in your own personal heaven. The beds were comfy and the kitchen amazing. Enjoyed the hotel tub every evening and the hosts were so accommodating. Would stay here again and did not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful space to call ours for a few days.

Nice pool and great location

We had a very nice time on our trip to Sedona. This location is great, close to some really good hikes, restaurant, downtown, etc., but also very quiet. We loved the outdoor spaces, deck, patio, pool, umbrellas, hot tub, fire pit were all great. The house is as shown in pictures with lots of room for us all to spread out and a fun game room. The kitchen is also well-equipped and the bathrooms are spacious. The hosts are wonderful, very responsive and helpful. We would stay again!

This is by far the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. Marnie & David have thought of everything and they're so well organized! From the cozy blankets to the instructional video they really do provide everything you need as an out of town guest. We could stargaze every morning from the back yard and a post-hike soak in the hot tub was divine. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and was well labeled. The beds were cozy and clean and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the pool. The neighborhood was beautiful and there's a fantastic grocery story (Clarks) just down the street. We really couldn't have picked a better house and hope to return.
