Quail Ridge is a serene and cozy home that sits atop a small rise at the base of Castle Rock in the Village of Oak Creek, with views of both the amazing red rocks and the mesas below. It’s the perfect home base for your Sedona get-away, being less than a mile from golf courses, restaurants, hiking, pubs and grocery stores, and just five miles to the world class shopping and dining of Uptown Sedona. Quail Ridge is a home all on one level, and recently updated with new furniture and finishes, and completely remodeled kitchen and baths. The large main living space has comfy furnishings, a candle (only) fireplace, a streaming TV, a picture window overlooking the valley and a dining area for six. The home is bright and airy, with ceiling fans in every room to move the crisp mountain air. There is also an Electric Vehicle charger in the garage - 50 volts, 240 amp.


The master bedroom boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, full bath with separate tub and walk-in shower, and its own private door to the large front courtyard, a perfect place for coffee while watching the wildlife on a beautiful mountain morning. The two guest bedrooms (both have queen beds) are on the other side of the home and share a large full bath with a jetted shower. One of the two guest rooms also has a private door to its own back patio.

The spacious kitchen has a sunny breakfast nook with windows overlooking Castle Rock, and is stocked with glassware, flatware, cookware, coffee pot, utensils, toaster, spices, salt/pepper/flour/sugar, crockpot, air fryer, serving platters and tons of pantry space. Cooktop is gas and all appliances are new.

The large front courtyard has a firepit to enjoy while gazing at the display of stars at night. Sedona is a Dark Sky community which means that area lights are at a minimum, so the stars are amazingly bright and plentiful. The back patio has a grill and dining table to enjoy, and on the side there’s another fire pit for viewing Castle Rock at sunset.

From Quail Ridge it’s just a short drive to many hiking trails, golf, grocery stores, restaurants and attractions, but it can also be your home base for further out excursions like the Verde Valley Wine Trail, the old mining town of Jerome, Flagstaff, Gateway to the Grand Canyon and more.
