Private Casita with Beautiful Red Rock Views and Large Deck

Large deck for quiet dinners or glasses of wine! A sweet casita fully furnished with kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. A perfect romantic get-away for two. Very close to trails and a short drive to uptown for shopping and restaurants. Private access, plenty of parking, EV Level 2 charger available to guests, owners live on site in adjacent home. The casita sits above a garage, so stairs are involved. It is 650 sq. ft. and the deck adds another 400 sq ft. My husband and I are also fully vaccinated against covid. Our property has a septic plumbing system which requires all paper products to be put in trash can instead of the toilet.

Oak Creek Casita

Very nice casita in beautiful neighborhood. Definitely meant for a couple. Nice appliances and well stocked. Oak creek location and walking distance to two restaurants. Parking abundant. Owners on property and available. Only issue was internet connection was unreliable in afternoon. TV options limited but able to stream using your own accounts.

Amazing!

Wonderful stay. I loved sitting on the porch every night and looking at the stars. Great location just on the edge of town. Also love that there is a great stock of all the random things you might have forgotten!

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient Cassita

This spotless, cute Cassita offered everything we could have hoped for in a vacation rental and more. The kitchen included not only the basics but every kitchen appliance one could ask for and a shelf full of spices. There were snacks on the counter to greet us and lots of information to help us plan out activities while we were there. We LOVED having the washer and dryer to wash our hiking clothes every couple days and we’re happy to see detergent and dryer sheets too. Kelli thought of everything and communicated easily. If we return to Sedona, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect accommodations, close, but not too close to the heavy traffic of Sedona. A well-designed, well-appointed and well-equipped. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!!

From the very beginning, our stay here was fabulous! The check-in process was simple, the casita was exactly as pictured and described in the listing, and Kelli (our host) was extremely accessible, answered any and all questions we had and made our stay wonderful…right down to a few pages of great notes about local trails to hike! This casita is tucked away from the hubub of everything but very close to anything you’d need!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

Outstanding Vacation Rental

This is one of the finest rentals we have used thru VRBO and is perfectly suited for a couple's retreat. Pros are that the layout is very efficient, clean, new appliances and fixtures, the most comfortable bed of any rental we have ever encountered, very comfortable sheets and blankets, excellent location relative to all that Sedona has to offer, and very responsive owners. The cons are the odd request to not flush toilet paper in the toilet - I'm familiar with septic tank systems and this is not at all a standard feature of the systems...but, I am not the owner and respect their request. If you can get around this aspect, it's a minor issue and easy to get used to. Our cell carrier is Verizon and our service in the area of the rental was terrible (this of course has nothing to do with the owner). Not sure if this is common, but the WiFi provided by the owner was extremely slow during our 4 day/3 night stay - like less than 2 mbps slow - so, it was basically unusable. Finally, although there are two TVs, neither one features local news stations or a typical cable package. We experienced inclement weather, so it would've been nice to have been able to consult with local news weather outlooks. None of the cons mentioned above are bad enough to lower the 5-star score - this casita is that nice and reasonably priced.

We thoroughly enjoyed a comfortable stay in this as-new casita in a quiet residential neighborhood outside the bustling Sedona area yet only a few minutes to shops and restaurants. Description is very accurate.

Fantastic Sedona spot!

The place far exceeded my expectations. Living room, well stocked kitchen, bedroom and bath. New and very well maintained, super clean, and lots of thoughtful touches and extras. I would love to stay again.

Perfect location, small but comfortable

This was our second trip to Sedona, and we were mainly interested in hiking/biking/scenery -- Kelli's Casita was the ideal location for us -- in a neighborhood rather than the middle of a business district; within half an hour of pretty much every hike in the area, and only a 5-10 minute trip to coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, and a couple of bike shops. It was also convenient to uptown Sedona, although that was just a bonus. This was ideal for my wife and I, with a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a comfortable living room, and a very nice deck.

Perfect stay

The property was great, in a great location-close to restaurants, activities but nice and private and quiet. Everything was exceptionally clean and lots of nice touches- lots of snacks, a bottle of wine and a good selection of spices and kitchen necessities. We would absolutely stay there again.

Cozy place to land

My friend & I stayed here on a trip to explore Sedona. It’s a cozy one bedroom with everything you need & nothing you don’t. Nice to have a washer & dryer as it was cooler then we expected at night so we needed to wash & rewear a few things. Close to many of the hikes & not far from downtown Sedona & more hiking. Would definitely stay again!

This has been the best place we’ve ever stayed at. Kelli and Maher are the sweetest hosts on earth and their place felt like home. We will cherish this experience for the rest of our lives. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful casita.

The location was perfect with nice views from the upper deck and short drive to the many trailheads. The property is well cared for. It was very clean and nicely furnished and stocked with everything you could need. The owner even provided a a nice basket with snacks and a bottle of wine We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet getaway close to all the great hiking /biking spots.
