Relax in the spacious primary retreat featuring a king-size bed, dedicated workspace, 65” Smart TV, dresser, and large walk-in closet with plenty of storage. The spa-like ensuite bathroom includes a soaking jet tub, stand-up shower, dual vanity, and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with beautiful natural light. Enjoy direct access to the private hot tub deck with stunning red rock views. This suite also includes a built-in mini refrigerator and an additional connected ADA-accessible bathtub/shower space.

• Bedroom #2
Perfect for families or groups, this room features two full-size beds, a dedicated workspace, 43” Smart TV, large closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

• Bedroom #3
Fun and cozy bunk room featuring queen-over-queen bunk beds, dresser storage, and a 43” Smart TV. This room also connects directly to the laundry room and game room for easy access and convenience.

The home features two spacious living areas designed for relaxing, gathering, and making memories together.

The main living room includes a huge comfy sectional, fireplace, 65” Smart TV, oversized windows, and beautiful backyard views with tons of natural light pouring in.

The secondary family room offers another cozy sectional with an additional 65” Smart TV — perfect for movie nights, sports, or giving everyone extra space to spread out. This open-concept area flows directly into the kitchen and dining spaces.
