"Very convenient"

"Beautiful, charming cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Close to wineries and food."

"Beautiful, well designed home. About a 14 minute walk to downtown Sebastopol."

"An absolute gem of a property in Sebastopol that makes a perfect jumping off point for exploring the town and all of Sonoma county: 20 minutes to Bodega Bay, 30 minutes to Healdsburg, 50 minutes to Sonoma. The house itself is impeccable and looks like something from a design magazine. Beautifully appointed,...

"Very clean house and easy to communicate with the owners."

"It was just what we hoped for a modern but rustic home overlooking vineyards and central to so many wonderful places to visit!"

"Such a clean and bright and comfortable home in a private serene setting! While staying at the Modern Farmhouse, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at The Goldfinch in Sebastopol, and a day of kayaking on the Russian River. "

"The online description was accurate. Served as a nice base for exploring Sonoma County west of the 101. Very relaxed feel. Fun to see all of the farm animals on the surrounding properties."
