Hoteller nær Sebastopol House

"Arrived late. To find a dirty room. Used condom behind the bed. Pubic hair on the walls in the bathroom. Crickets and dirt all over the floor. TV remote would not control the TV. Asked for refund was only given a partial payment. Seriously needs to address house keeping! Booked room for 4 there were only 2 towels. No amenities ice, coffee or anything else."

"Good place for a softball stay. Lots of restaurants very close."

"The motel was dirty, and we had crickets in our room, both dead and alive. The toilet was especially unclean. "

"The 2nd night our hot water went out. They said it would be fixed by the morning because it was the weekend. It still wasn't fixed by time I checked out that evening. I was also locked out of my room due to a battery issue. I understand things happen, but I had to sit in the parking lot nearly two hours for the staff to fix the problem and still no hot water. When I asked for a refund for that night the manager refused. He was very rude, and argumentative. I will never stay there again...
