The inlet studio is a fully equipped living space nested by a crisp pool directly on the Indian River. It's minutes from the beaches, 50- Cape Canaveral, 60- Orlando. This quiet area is 5 minutes from downtown Sebastian with antique shops, festivals, fishing, and riverfront dining. Lounge by the pool or fish off the dock. Bring a boat and island-hop or head to the inlet. The owner lives on the same property.

The studio apartment was in a beautiful setting.We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching nature and the boats on Indian River.The property is well positioned for provision shopping and visits to several waterside restaurants.We travelled down to Fort Pierce to visit the Navy Seal museum-well worth the visit.We hope to return again in the future.Melbourne airport was a dream compared to Orlando International and no road tolls driving down to Sebastian.We hardly saw Kathy the owner so had the pool and jetty area to ourselves.

Long weekend getaway

We loved the view from our room - the kayak being available to use to get to the little island was awesome - the local restaurants were really good & Kathy was a kind hostess - definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a quiet relaxing getaway.

What a great place to stay! It was amazing to sit on the dock, by the pool, or on the deck and see the wildlife. So relaxing. Loved having the kayak available. We enjoyed grilling by the pool and spending time with friends in the pool and looking out over the water. The host, Katherine, was super friendly. She is very dog friendly and didn't mind when my brother brought his dog over. We can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful view, well-appointed space, and wonderful location that is walking distance to restaurants but far enough to stay quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely little getaway apartment.

Very nice place

Beautiful view and a nice place, quiet perfect for relaxing and lots of restaurants near the studio and Lily her dog is welcoming.

Beautiful Views

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and loved this place! The host was very accommodating to meet our needs! We island hopped and enjoyed the pool, very relaxing!

Great view direct across from inlet. Had fun fishing and good tips, supplies from David (neighbor). Very nice place.

Great location! On the water. Small islands close. Bridge to outer banks close also. Very clean! Contained everything we needed for a three night stay. Close to stores and restaurants. We would return.

Fisherman’s Choice

If you’re looking for a great spot to do some fishing and relax, this place is for you. We specifically chose to stay here because we brought our boat to do some fishing. Boat dock and lift right on the Indian River. Kathy was a great host. Close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Five stars isn’t enough! We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay. I almost hate to write such a glowing review—not because it isn’t deserved, but because this is one of those special places you secretly hope stays a hidden gem so you can always find availability! Fortunately for future guests, it deserves every bit of praise.The studio was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We cooked most evenings and never found ourselves wishing for anything.Although the homeowner lives on the property, the studio above the garage felt incredibly private. We rarely saw her, but we loved the occasional visit from her sweet little dog, Lily.The waterfront setting is what made this stay so special. Being able to keep our boat on the lift right at the dock was amazing. Every day we saw dolphins, snook, jack, stingrays, catfish, Sergeant Majors, snapper, and even sharks. Mornings with coffee overlooking the water quickly became our favorite part of the day.Having the pool to ourselves and access to the kayaks made it even better. This was one of the most peaceful and relaxing vacations we’ve had, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Hidden Gem

What an amazing place. Location is perfect and the studio has everything we needed. We spent our early mornings admiring the sunrise, and our evenings stargazing at the well appointed balcony. Thank you Kathy for sharing your slice of paradise with us, you are a perfect host. Hope to be back soon. I miss Lilly’s welcome greetings !!

Absolutely Perfect!

Absolutely LOVED this place! Amazing views, location, privacy, peaceful, clean, charming, friendly, dockage, you name it, this place has it all! We didn’t want to leave! It was the best rental we have ever stayed in and we stay in many a year along with owning a couple ourselves. As a couple in our 50’s, we love to travel and this place is a gem! So much better than a hotel. Kathy was super friendly and accommodating. Easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Lily was such a sweet hostess as well. She’s a well mannered (hypoallergenic) puppy that made us feel like family. Can’t wait to come back!
