Living/Sleeping Area: An open, bright space cleverly designed for comfort. Features that incredibly comfy Queen Bed guests rave about, stylish decor, and efficient use of space. Hardwood floors add a warm touch. It feels surprisingly roomy!
Kitchenette: Compact, modern, and ready for action! Sink, mini-fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and essential utensils/cookware for whipping up simple meals.
Bathroom: Surprisingly spacious for a tiny home! Modern, clean design with a good shower (heads-up: hot water is quick but limited - see notes!), toilet, sink, fresh towels, and nice toiletries.
Climate Control: A mini-split AC system keeps the space cool (or warm) quickly and efficiently year-round.
Storage: Smart space-saving shelves and under-bed storage help keep things tidy.

A few important details for the best possible stay in our unique container home:
Noise - The Real Deal: We love our location's convenience, but honesty first! The container is near a main road, active train tracks, and a 24/7 gas station. You WILL hear ambient noise from these sources (traffic, trains, store activity). We provide a sound machine to help, but if you're a very light sleeper seeking total peace and quiet, this might not be the best fit for you. We want happy guests with clear expectations!
Hot Water Heads-Up: Tiny Home = Tiny Water Heater! Showers are nice and hot, but quickies (around 5 minutes) before the water needs time to reheat. Plan accordingly! Also, the hot water can come out very hot initially – be mindful when first turning it on.
Private Yard & Gate: Enjoy your own fenced space! The gate provides secure parking right next to the container.
Outdoor Setup: Your private yard includes seating under a shade sail, a charcoal grill, and a fire pit ready for cozy evenings.
Beach Access: A super quick 3-minute drive (2 miles) gets you to the beautiful Wabasso Beach! Driving is necessary to reach beaches and most restaurants/shops.

Pups Considered: Well-behaved dogs welcome ($100 fee per dog, per stay). Let's chat!
No Smoking Inside: Please take it outdoors.
Quiet Hours: Please respect neighbors from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Convenience: The 7-Eleven next door is super handy for grabbing drinks, snacks, or forgotten items (like charcoal!).
Safety: Exterior security cameras monitor the property entrance area.

· Damages: Please report any accidental damage, big or small, so we can address it. We understand small things happen, but guests may be responsible for the cost of significant damage.
