There is a small dock for loading and unloading from a boat and a mooring for your use. The boat launch at Nason's beach is nearby for easy access. With comfortable bed sleeping for up to 10 people in four bedrooms including a first floor bedrrom (one of the upstairs bedrooms is a pass through bedroom) there's room for everyone. Cottage has two bathrooms, washer/dryer, big screen porch. Two separate living areas make it a great spot for families. Short walk to a general store with food counter and bakery. Fantastic open lake views. TENANT MUST BRING OWN DRINKING WATER. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE.
Waterfront/Lot Description: Cottage is located on a nice, level lot with a beautiful sandy beach. Gradual, safe swimming for children. New large dock, great for sitting on and watching the kids swim, Plus a mooring. The beach is suitable for pulling up a small boat on shore.
