Private, gently sloping lot just a short walk down the road from a beautiful, 120' sandy association beach and dock. Roped off swimming area for children and swim float for diving and sunbathing located outside the roped off swimming area. Great location. Close to golfing and area activities. A dingy at the shore marked (Daybreak). Also included are two paddle boards and two single kayaks are included with the rental, tenant must provide life jackets|Internet Access. DVD that allows tenant to acccess their own Amazon and Netflix accounts.
