The Woodinville Wonderland Luxury Vacation Home and Event Venue

5,000 sq ft home nestled on a 27 acre private garden estate. This immaculate home is located just minutes from beautiful Woodinville wine country. The home offers a peaceful, quiet getaway, while remaining close to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor concert venues. Stroll through the beautiful gardens, admire the many unique sculptures with streams running throughout. This is something you'll have to see to believe and appreciate!

Zen like retreat House is ideally situated for privacy amongst guests. Homeowners live in a separate home on the property secluded from this home.

The 3 main bedrooms have full master baths ensuite. Plus, an additional bedroom with private bathroom located in laundry room.

Beautiful botanical setting- streams, sculptures and wildlife throughout.

Close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, biking, lakes, outdoor concert venues (Chateau St. Michelle & Marymoor Park.)
Conveniently located 15 mins from beautiful Woodinville Wine Country.
Close to city of Redmond, Woodinville and 25 minute drive to Bellevue in non-peak commute times.

Primary Suite- King Bed, includes sun room, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, soaking jet tub,
and private dressing room/bridal suite. Separation doors can create more privacy from rest of home.

The 2nd bedroom - King bed, includes jetted tub and shower on-suite. The room is located near the primary suite.

The 3rd bedroom - Queen bed, includes full bathroom on-suite. This bedroom is at the opposite end of the house and offers own privacy.

The 4th bedroom - Double bed, small yet cozy with 3/4 bathroom located in the laundry room. This bedroom is located next to 3rd bedroom with private entry and hot tub access.

Tons of entertainment including wifi, 4 televisions, board games, books, fire pit, life-size chess board, swing set, walking trails, hot tub, pickleball court & more!

The house does have air conditioning.

Handicap accessible parking, entries and bathroom.

Small weddings and events are allowed (Up to 100 ppl max) for additional fee starting at $2000 and upto $3500. Events are allowed to use any of equipment provided such as tables, chairs, tent, bar supplies and more! Event fee due at checkin.
We have a 3 day stay requirement for people hosting weddings at this property. ALL events must be approved before booking, so please send me a message prior.

Best VRBO ever!

The house and grounds are both incredible! This is by far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals together and they have everything you need to do so. The grounds were so amazing. It was such a peaceful place to be with my family. Rachel, the host, was very responsive to all of our questions. I highly recommend staying here. Don’t pass this one up!

Absolutely fabulous experience!

Could not be more pleased with the lovely accommodations of this home! The grounds and amenities were even better than listed and we were able to relax and enjoy the beauty of an immaculately groomed property inside and out! All the bases were covered from check in until check out and the owner was quickly responsive to any communications. We could not have asked for anything more and hope to visit again! Thanks, Rachel, for a lovely stay!

Family gathering

Wow… what an amazing property! It’s so hard to find a spot that allows a gathering, and we sure did luck out with this place. First of all, the grounds are off the hook… the pictures do not even begin to do them justice. Gorgeously manicured and curated gardens with little magical areas sprinkled throughout. We found the pickleball/basketball court and it was enjoyed by all. The house itself is large. We had a total of 24 family members over and there was plenty of room for us all. The big kitchen was great for a big group. And our host, Rachel, couldn’t have been more accommodating. We needed to add a few overnight guests… no problem. We wanted a late checkout… no problem. She even had a grill brought down to the picnic area for our get together! I hope she and her family continue to offer this lovely home, because we will rent it over and over again. Thanks so much Rachel… your place is a true gem!

I booked this property as a wedding venue. All my guests were impressed with the property grounds and it was the perfect scenery for my special day. The host was responsive every time I had a question and would love to stay here again in the future. Crossing my fingers on my 10th or 20th wedding anniversary this place will still be around and I get to enjoy it once more.

This property is fantastic - grounds are truly stunning with flowers blooming and walking paths everywhere - you feel like you're in your own little world, and yet location is close enough for DoorDash, Instacart and all the Woodinville wineries and restaurants. Home is comfortable and well appointed. We didn't want for anything. We're already planning for when we can come back again!

Beautiful property!

Beautiful inside and out. Comfortable beds, huge bathrooms, an excellent kitchen, and lots of space inside and out. The setting is peaceful, serene, and secluded. The only tiny issue was that the wifi performance was slow. Otherwise, top notch all around!

Wonderful Quiet time

The home is large and sits back from the main road. Amenities were plentiful and well stocked. We enjoyed the quietness, privacy and the plentiful activities that we could not do all. There are helpful signage throughout, that could be updated. I would return.

Everything we could imagine, plus.

Our stay was nothing less than perfect from start to finish. There was a bottle of Brut and a dish of chocolates waiting for us on our arrival. My husband and I plus our six month old puppy stayed here for a week. Our daughter, her husband and 5 year old son were with us for three of those days. The first night we used the hot tub it was just a little cooler than we like and couldn't figure out how to adjust it. The next morning we contacted Rachel and she was there within the hour getting it taken care of. Anne came by the same day with some extra veggies from her organic garden. We had them with dinner that night and they were fantastic. The landscaping was phenomenal and the stream running through the property made our time on the deck enjoying the quiet surroundings even better. There were lots of yard games, indoor games and things to do to keep us busy every day. My grandson really loved the popcorn machine. The front lawn is fairly flat which made games of bocce ball and croquet enjoyable. The dog also played daily games of fetch out front. We live in a remote area so really took advantage of the many restaurants nearby. We even had to make a trip to a local emergency room which was close and even that went well. Every bedroom felt like it was the master until you got to the master bedroom which was the size of a small house. The toiletries were very nice and in good supply, and towels were plentiful. We will definitely be back.

Bridal Shower

I hosted my niece’s bridal shower here and it was very convenient since I was traveling from out to state. The grounds are beautiful with lots to see while wandering around. The house is big and spacious. However, the carpet needed a deep cleaning and the microwave is quite small. All in all it’s a beautiful property for what I needed.

Just like family, the good and the bad

I had my wedding at Anne's Garden. As a previous review stated, the owners treat you like family, and that comes with both the good and the bad. The property is amazing! There are so many beautiful areas to relax and explore. The sunken garden is a dream, the teahouse is so calming, and the masterbath is luxurious, to say the least. We had a lot of freedom to do whatever we wanted, and our host was just a text away if we had any issues. We moved furniture, had a tent in the front yard, borrowed ladders, and used whatever vendors we wanted. However, with all the freedom, there are some downsides. Some of the amenities provided by the venue were unavailable or broken, and we had to problem solve last minute and spend money outside of our budget. We were also told on check-in day that our last day was double booked, and it would be great if we could be out by noon, despite the listed 4pm check-out. From there, we had a verbal compromise to check-out around 2pm, however the guests following us did not get the same communication and came into the house before me and my guests were checked out, causing some extra stress and concern. Overall, however, our stay was amazing. I would highly recommend Anne's Garden for casual friend or family gatherings. But if you are throwing a very important event, looking for perfection, or like to stay organized and follow clear rules, I would look elsewhere. Family is both loving and messy. You just need to figure out if that's your vibe.

The pictures do not do this property justice. The home was well maintained. The home had additional linens and everything we needed in the kitchen. The garden is phenomenal. Communication with the owner, was top-notch. I sent a message about a few lights being out on the deck and they had someone come fix it promptly. If you are looking for a rental in this area, I would not hesitate!

Family Thanksgiving Celebration and Stay

This place is known as 'Anne's World'. It's a family generational home with exquisite landscaping that only comes from decades of meticulous planning and care. My family came together from CA and FL and WA to celebrate Thanksgiving in this beautiful home. We had dinner guests ranging from a baby to teens to young adults to parents and this house accommodated everyone magnificently. Once guests left, we enjoyed the hot tub, relaxing listening to the creek water just off the deck, cooking, going to restaurants, playing games, hiking, nearby trivia, bbqing, comfy beds, privacy, great showers and baths, etc. We used our own toiletries, but they supply nice toiletries like a hotel. They have Direct TV and we brought our firestick. Internet was good. We also brought a Verizon jet pack to use for work and some streaming. The kitchen is very well equipped with quality pots and pans, dishes, serving ware, wine glasses, plenty of everything Instacart delivers as does Door Dash, too. Bedding is also quality. Every cleaning item, garbage bags, laundry need, is also there a plenty. Well stocked and labeled. We were able to communicate with the hosts and hear back at a moments notice. Communication-wise, it's run like a business, but has all the warmth of a friendship. The best of what this home boasts though is how host aspects are nailed, hands down. They are gracious and accommodating, the home and grounds are beautiful, I feel like 'Anne's World' fosters family/friendship values and kindness. A real class act. We were there for about 2 weeks with family coming in and out the entire time. Though it's a VRBO, we were treated by our hosts like guests of THEIR family in their home, they made sure all of our needs were met. It was like we were staying at a dear friend's house with conceirge service built in. This place is run by remarkably cool people who get it. Kinda restored my faith a little, this place...
