Hi Susan, sorry to hear that the place is not meeting your expectation, we are taking your feedback seriously. We do like to take the opportunity to set the right expectation for our guests as well as correct some of your claims. First of all, the building is more than 100 years old which is communicated in the listing description, we sent the cleaning team immediately to the place when we received your compliant but absolutely no urine smell, if there is any smell, it is the typical old house smell. All windows that can be opened have screen with locks (one of them missed a part), a wash cloth and a sock left under the bed but not what described as dirty. Regardless we appreciate your feedback and we will make effort to communicate with our guests to set a right expectation during bookings.

Hi Anna, thank you for taking time to write a review. You might use only space heaters, not sure you turn on the central thermostat or not, if it is on, it should keep the whole place warm/cozy. Kind regards!

Hi Corey, first of all, my deep apologies to what happened, I totally understand your disappointment, none of us wanted it, it was caused by another guest checked into your unit one day earlier without confirming with me, the unit was occupied by a mistake, there was no intention not cleaning the unit before your check-in. I offered several options to mitigate the issue in a very short time window with my best effort, I was hoping you were satisfied for that part of the handling. I already improved the check-in process to make sure this won't happen again.
