Create delectable dishes in the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware.

When its time to dine, the kitchen bar seats four.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly on the queen-size bed in the bedroom. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A great space for two!

My best friend and I stayed here for a long weekend prior to our cruise, and it was stellar! The check-in process was a bit intimidating, but smooth once completed. The no AC sucks, but the listing is accurate.

Great Location

We had an amazing weekend away and this was a great spot to stay. We were in close proximity to all of the Seattle activities we wanted to do! It was perfect! House was clean, check in was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Great location

Great location! We could really walk anywhere we wanted to go. The unit was clean and fairly well stocked. The carpet really needs to be replaced. The building is not very sound proof and we found it very noisy - from the outside and from the hallway.

Didn’t like the fact of third party rental, check in had to be scheduled by appointment to the half hour. Unit was not very clean, electrical was questionable, exterior painting going on from 8am. So men looking in windows was not exactly relaxing. Not the usual vrbo experience!

Nice apartment and location

Nice apartment. The check in process was a bit cumbersome. It was hot and there are no air conditioners but we managed with the fans. The kitchen is well equipped and a good shower.

The room was clean, conveniently located and the staff was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. The shower and sink would back up but overall we were happy with our stay.

Fantastic location

Great property. It was exactly what was stated in the listing, and it was within walking distance of Pike Place market as well as the Space Needle. My son and I walked to both, as well as a bunch of other stuff. I rented a car, but I didn't need it for anything. I'll be back.

They ask you to run the dishwasher however there is no dishwasher soap so please wash your dishes before you use them. There was also no laundry soap so we were unable to wash the bedding per request. The place is decently clean. It definitely could use a deep clean as we found used underwear. There are a few things that did not works such as a fan and the heat lamp in the bathroom. The view was nice!

Worst customer service/door code stopped working no one helped

When we checked in, someone was supposed to meet us since there’s a key code to open the front door and use the elevators even to get our floor you can’t just walk up the stairs since the front lobby area said it’s for emergencies only. When we finally did get to our room when somebody finally decided to show up after we had traveled for a long day and had to wait over an hour, we made it to our room. They explained the key code and everything like that we were fine getting in and out of our room Until the day before we were departing the key code to get in our door stopped working. They kept giving us a new code that wouldn’t work. My husband had to stay in the VRBO in fear that we were going to get locked out again since the first time we got locked out we sat in the hallway for over 30 minutes with my kids while somebody from Vacasa kept giving us instructions on how to open the door when it would not work when we had no issues before. He wasn’t able to do anything else with us and had to stay behind to let us in. They kept giving us a new code and it didn’t work. I took videos to show them and they were so unhelpful. VRBO wasn’t any help either. This was the worst stay I’ve never had with my family. We used VRBO for all our trips but I’ll be more cautious renting from a place that is using a rental management company that isn’t on site.

Plus: Great location. Parking space included. Good customer service when contacted to resolve expiring door code. Minus: Marginal cleaning and broken window shades. Required in-person check-in. Nice area, but some things were not up to par.

Two couples. Sofa bed in l.r. and separate bedroom. Very nice bathroom. Carpet was very dirty looking, maybe just stains. Couldn’t find bedding for sofa sleeper. It was in drawer under bed in bedroom. No one informed us. We had to hunt for it. Blinds in bedroom were broken and tied together. Blinds in living room didn’t open and close properly. Then the last night we couldn’t get into our unit. It took several phone calls to get it straightened out. We had a great time and it was a pretty nice condo, but needed a few touches to make it better.

Great Location

This was a great condo. We loved the location which was walking distance to all the Seattle sightseeing sites. Belltown has lots of fun places to eat which was convenient. Our teenagers slept well in the pullout sofa. The condo is super secure and we were happy with the parking garage, even though the spaces are quite small. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great apartment and location

We really enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The apartment was cozy and well appointed and in a great location where we were able to walk everywhere. The greeter, Valerie, was really great, but the communication from Vacasa is when we had questions was lacking. They also didn’t provide us with a code for the door so we had to call to get that. Check out instructions were not provided until about 10 hours after I asked for them and only about an hour before we had to leave. Otherwise we would highly recommend this place!

First getaway as family of three

Location was great but noisy. Wished it was more of a personal property manager. Really tough not having a/c - it got super hot up there. Lots of good food options but most are coded as a bar so our 6 month old couldn’t not go inside. No amenities for children/infants. Seamless check in process. Quick fixes to maintenance needs. Overall nice stay for our first Seattle trip!
