We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each stay available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

1. [No Parties or Events]
This home is monitored with security and exterior cameras. Any parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violations will trigger Airbnb involvement and a $300 fine.
2. [Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM]
Please respect neighbors by keeping noise low during quiet hours. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable rental and an enjoyable Seattle experience.
3. [No Smoking]
Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations incur a $300 fee.
4. [Pets]
Dog-friendly only: Maximum of 2 small dogs (<20 lbs).
Cats or unauthorized animals are not allowed. Violations may incur fees of $500–$1,000.
Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, pillows, or linens. Bring waste bags and clean up after your pets.
5. [No Shoes Indoors]
Please remove shoes when entering to help maintain cleanliness.
6. [Self-Catering]
We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, oil, salt, pepper, etc.). Guests are responsible for additional food or supplies.
7. [Early Check-In | Late Check-Out]
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability, and are charged on an hourly basis. Please contact us in advance to arrange these services.
8. [Trash & Recycling]
Please sort trash and recycling into the correct bins. If unsure, leave items inside and the cleaning team will handle them.
9. [Lost & Found] Take all personal belongings before check-out. If items are left behind, shipping is available for $100 handling + shipping costs.
10. FIFA-themed staging available upon request.
