The house is located in the Haller Lake neighborhood, which offers an urban-suburban mix feel. Most of these residential properties are owner-occupied . Northgate Mall and Thornton Place movie theatre are a short commute.

PARKING:
- 4-6 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- 2 vehicles would need to be tandem parked to fit 6
- Street parking in front of the house is reserved for the apartment on-site
- Additional street parking is also available a block away on a first-come, first-served basis

Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
Remove all perishable items
Take out the trash
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip linens from all used beds
Place all used linens and towels in a pile
Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
Close and lock all windows and doors
Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

Driveway can fit 6 cars and shared with MIL unit guests
Available by the app or can call For reservations longer than two weeks, we provide approximately two weeks' worth of supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. If your stay exceeds two weeks, you will need to purchase additional supplies yourself. For monthly stays, we charge for actual utility usage and request a deposit of $250.
