Welcome to The Garden at Queen Anne, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home featuring three living rooms, a detached studio, an office, and two dedicated workspaces. Experience the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern elegance in this uniquely designed home, thoughtfully curated for both comfort and style.

The exterior boasts timeless architectural details, while the interior features contemporary touches such as soaring 10-foot ceilings and exposed parallel strand beams.

The main floor offers an open-concept layout with large sliding doors that open to a lush garden oasis, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a luxurious Owner’s Suite. The third floor offers a versatile flex space illuminated by skylights that fill the rooms with natural light.

FIRST FLOOR
ENTRANCE:
The entry welcomes you with a modern, cozy living room, featuring exposed ceiling beams that add architectural character. Comfortable armchairs and a stylish sofa make it the perfect space for both relaxing and entertaining.

LIVING ROOM:
This open-concept space includes armchairs and a modern-design sofa, seamlessly connected to the kitchen and dining area. Large windows offer beautiful views of the garden, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience.

DEN / OFFICE:
Located on the main floor, this versatile room provides a quiet, functional space ideal for working from home, studying, or simply relaxing.

DINING ROOM:
The inviting dining room features a table for six — perfect for family meals or entertaining guests. Integrated with the kitchen, the space flows naturally, and the cushioned armchairs offer both elegance and comfort.

KITCHEN:
This fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. It also comes stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and wine glasses. A dining counter with three bar stools offers a great spot for casual meals or morning coffee.

FULL BATHROOM:
The main-floor bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and essential toiletries like body wash, conditioner, and shampoo, ensuring comfort and convenience.

SECOND FLOOR
WORKSPACE:
A bright and airy workspace designed for productivity. Ideal for working remotely, reading, or creative tasks.

PRIMARY BEDROOM:

BEDROOM 3:
This memorable room features a private balcony accessed by a charming walkway. With a queen-size bed, wooden beams, skylight, armchair, hardwood flooring, and closet, it's a stylish and restful retreat.

Includes a bathtub and shower, along with body wash, conditioner, and shampoo.

BEDROOM 4 (Downstairs):
Bright and cozy, this room includes a queen-size bed, large windows, minimalist décor, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, perfect for both rest and productivity. Stylish bedside lighting adds a modern touch.

UTILITY ROOM:
The washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs.

A wedding weekend

The Gardens at Queen Anne is a wonderful modern home and a great place to stay. It is a short drive to all the attractions.The host kept us well informed on everything. We will definitely be staying again the next time we have an opportunity to visit Seattle.
