Delightful Riverfront Condo-Walk to Beach!

Fall in love with Seaside! You can view the ocean from Tillamook Head to the Necanicum Estuary. Beachcombing can change daily with new trees on the beach or a field of sand dollars. The locals are friendly and helpful! Seaside is ideal for all ages. You can be as busy as you wish (there is lots to do) or just lay back and take it easy, enjoyin the relaxation you deserve.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in a quiet, gated community, only 3 blocks from the beach. The modern well-decorated unit comfortable sleeps 4 guests and provides a relaxing environment for friends, families, or couples. Spend your mornings on the balcony overlooking the river, checking on the resident Blue Heron, before exploring the area by foot or bike. The condo is in the perfect location to enjoy all of the great attractions in Seaside!

Wake up each morning and step outside onto the balcony, where you can bird watch or admire the locals search for crabs in the river. The balcony is also the ideal place to unwind each evening as you watch sunsets with a cold drink in your hand.

The spacious living room features stylish, high-end decor, a beautiful gas fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen cable TV with a Roku streaming device. Relax and read in the sitting area or cozy up on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen cable TV. You may also use the wireless internet access to surf the web or get some work done during your vacation.

If you managed to catch any crabs on the river, boil them in the fully equipped kitchen! Its adorned with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and granite countertops.

When you’re ready to retire for the evening, lay your head on either of the comfortable queen beds in the condo. The master bedroom features beautiful furniture, an en suite bathroom, a huge walk-in closet, and access to the balcony, leaving nothing to be desired.

Seaside Condo

The condo was very nice, as advertised. It was a short walk to downtown Seaside and the boardwalk. The property manager was easy to deal with and we had no problems at all.

Seaside Escape

This was the perfect spot for our Octogenarian mothers. We cooked every meal here and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and felt very safe.

Beautiful property

Very clean and nicely decorated including Valentine’s Day themed decor. Great location with nice view of the river-didn’t miss an ocean view. Helpful and friendly property manager as well.

Great clean condo

Had a great stay even with the rainy cold weather. Located within blocks to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Enjoyed the nice view of the river. Please note that the parking space numbers in the parking lot need to be repainted and are very hard to read in the dark. The space to this condo is facing the building directly below 203.

Stunning, modern, well-appointed.

Everything was well thought out. The condo is spectacular, everything felt "new" and crisp. Had some trouble (my error) with gate and owner responded within seconds. The kitchen was the best. We cooked a lot and everything you needed was there. Spacious, modern, classy!

Great place!

This place is pretty great! It’s super clean... it’s well appointed... it’s nicely spacious... it’s in a great location as a starting point. You couldn’t ask for more on our coast. The only negative thing to mention (and it really is a small thing) is that communication with an on-site manager is not available. The family staying above us had small children and they did nothing but run the entire length of the condo... for hours. The first night they arrived the circus was in full swing until we’ll after midnight. Incredibly noisy and annoying. There is/was no information readily available anywhere for on-site management.

Our Getaway

Understanding the fact that changes were made due to COVID regulations there are a couple of suggestions we would make for other travelers. Definitely bring your own pillows. The ones they have are very flat. Some super firm and some soft but we each needed to stack at least 3-4 to sleep. There were no skillets. There were pots but not as easy to made fried eggs in. Overall we loved the placed. It's location was great and easy to get to. Great price. Dream shower in master. Would come again. Thanks!

Pleasing View updated accommodations we're very nice

We arrived to a beautiful condo and for the most part we really loved it although we were notified immediately that the dishwasher didn't work and that would be refunded some money for it we found one of the outside doors lock was broken but we found a workaround overall the place was beautiful overlooking the canal very safe and secure location beautiful furnishings

Great but a few areas for improvements

Excellent location and condo. We really enjoyed our time here, it a beautiful condo. A few notes for the property. We were only provided about half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 4 nights so had to go to the store, not a huge deal but a bit annoying. The bed we slept in was super comfy but when we removed the sheets upon leaving the mattress protector covered in what looked like urine stains. A new mattress protector and an extra roll of TP or two would make this a 5 star stay.

A perfect family retreat

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside. The condo is just three blocks from the beach and a short walk to the main street of Seaside. It was very quiet with the only 'noise' being the seagulls shouting out in the morning. The condo was perfectly suited to accommodate a family of four. There was plenty of space that each of us could lounge around without being on top of each other. The balcony overlooking the river was a great relaxing spot to watch the kayakers and catch the beautiful sunsets. We ate in most of the time with the kitchen not lacking in anything. There are a lot of kitchen gadgets to suit all levels of cooking. The Keurig coffee machine was a great perk. One additional bonus was the master bathroom. Everyone wanted to use the huge stand-up shower with the two shower heads. Overall we were all very pleased with staying here and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Great place for bird watching and where locals can be observed crabbing from the 12th Street bridge. Very clean. Responsive owners. 5 stars!

Once inside the condo everything was fine. The parking lot contains construction debris, dumpsters, porta potties, scaffolding, man lifts, etc. Workers were running saws at 8am. Front door lock does not work correctly and we only had one key.

The rental process was super easy. Loved that the condo had a coded door so no worrying about keys. There seemed to be someone upstairs who let the kids run around until 2 0r 3 am. They were definately not following the quiet after 11 rule. We had young children with us so the noise was not good. I emailed the company during the stay about the noise and the construction. Never heard back from them. Otherwise, great vacatiln.

Beach bliss

Brought our two young grandkids here for four days of beach bliss. The condo was spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and I greatly appreciated the full range of kitchen cookware, dishes, utensils, and a variety of spice and condiment staples. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking at the river. It got hot one of the days and having air conditioning was great. The location was close to everything yet a bit outside of the hustle bustle of downtown. If we return to Seaside we'd certainly hope to stay here again .

Great location and property

Very clean, safe, quiet, well-appointed vacation rental. Great location along river with view of crabbing bridge and sunsets. Easy walk to ocean and shops, and could even hear the ocean at night and in mornings.

Great Seaside condo

Very nice property with lovely view overlooking river. The kitchen is fully equipped and the master bedroom/bathroom was all very nice. The only problem we had was the microwave not working properly. Overall, a great property and location.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very nice and close to all attractions. My only complaint is the large cleaning fee and all of the rules required for checking out. Why the large fee when we are responsible for stripping the beds, taking out the trash, etc?

Cozy condo on the river

This condo was very comfortable and convenient to all the Seaside attractions as well as the beach. It was newer, nicely decorated and well stocked with the essentials. Would definitely stay again- although a king size bed in the master bedroom would be nice.
