Bleu Bison includes 2 queen bedrooms, one set of twin beds, and one full size day bed. 2 full baths, fully equipped eat in kitchen and cozy living room. With plenty of room for 8 people, it`s the perfect house for 2 families to share.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
HOUSE RULES
Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a relaxing and fun stay for everybody.

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.

Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!

Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out:
*Renter must be at least 25 years old.
*Locals must contact the host before booking.
*NO SMOKING in the house.
*NO PETS at any time. We have an extreme allergic condition.
*Please watch your children. The street is high-traffic.
*Company is welcome, but please keep the total number of guests under 10.
*No extra overnight guests
*No loud parties please.
*We don’t expect to need to do this, but if repairs, maintenance, or some sort of inspection is needed during your stay, the owners will need access to the home. We will do our best to call and arrange a time that works for everyone.
*To simplify the inventory process, please return all kitchen items back to where you originally found them.
*Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out. We will look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the replacement or repair cost will be.
*Please do not move the furniture.
*Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! You will be provided with a starter kit of supplies: 2 trash bags, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
*Please don’t take any bath towels or linens out of the house.

Applicable fee schedule:
*Smoking Fee $200: If smoking of any kind occurs inside the house, we will charge a $200 fee.
*Additional Cleaning Fee $100: If the home is extremely dirty after check out beyond what a courteous guest would normally leave, we will charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. Examples: dishes piled in the sink, stained furniture, linens, walls and/or floors, trash not bagged up and taken to the trash bin.
*Late Check Out Fee - $100: Check out is 10:00AM. If you are not out of the house by 10:30AM, we will charge you a $100 late check out fee. If you are not out by 12:00PM you will be charged another day (base rate w/o discounts) as a penalty however, this does not award you possession for an additional day.
