"The place is very stylish and just as the photos show. The stairs were close to the entrance of the condo and at the bottom of the stairs you are right next to the gate that leads to the beach. The parking spot for the condo was also very close to the stairs so if you have lots of things it’s convenient. We enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again."

"We love this place! We spent an entire month here, as we did in 2023 (see my Mar 3, 2023 review), and will be back again! "Great vacation and great accommodations. Loved this condo. Very comfortable. If there were any negatives at all it was the cell service (assuming owner can’t do anything about that) and trouble with TV (run into this a lot now with so many using stream). Wanted to watch March Madness and couldn’t get anything live. Condo was really nice. Loved the balcony and spent a lot of time sitting out there. Pools were great especially the heated one and beach access was perfect! Hope to visit again...

"The place was lovely. Clean, does not provide hand soap, had laundry detergent available & love having washer/ dryer in condo. Walk easily to beach, restaurants, stores. Poor lighting at night, limited sidewalks, people are cautious driving. Bridge on 30A out due to construction by Rosemary beach ( going east on 30A) which was inconvenient. "Skinny Dip was a beautiful condo! Perfect for the two of us, and still would’ve been comfortable with 2 kids in the adorable bunk beds! "The condo was nice and the common area was very spacious. It could have been better if one of the 3 sofas made into a bed. There was a nice semi private room off the kitchen with a sofa and large tv but would have been more useful if the sofa made out to a bed. "Bungalow is in a quiet community. Pool is good sized. Beach is short walk but public/private beach fiasco. We would drive to the public beach access right down the road because they had a ramp to pull wagon and it worked out for us. The beach chairs provided are all broken except one so we went and purchased one for our use. We loved it here and would definitely stay again off season before it’s so crowded."
