Quaint Forest Meadow Beach House

Sea Ranch is a unique, private stretch of the Sonoma coast. Our home sleeps 6 and is on the East side of Hwy 1 resting up on the hillside with outstanding views of the coastline. Within minutes you can find beaches, tide pools, a beautiful golf course, a recreational center with tennis courts and 40 miles of hiking trails along the bluff and hillside.


This is a great place to get away and relax peacefully or have some fun with the family. Please note we DO NOT rent the property to work crews.


In addition to ocean views, the property sits in the hillside meadows, allowing for great wildlife viewing and nearby trails for hiking and biking. At night, the stargazing on the deck is fantastic and the reflection of the moon can often be seen in the ocean.



We provide basic kitchen supplies, linens, and towels and there is a gas BBQ on the deck for you to enjoy. You may also want to bring walking shoes, swim suits, tennis equipment, golf clubs, and binoculars. Have fun!


If the weather is bad, no worries as we have plenty of entertainment options! In addition to WiFi access throughout the property, there is a 55" 4K Smart TV in the family room, a 47" HDTV with Roku entertainment in the master bedroom and a 37" Amazon Fire TV in the upstairs guest bedroom.


Access to the house is provided via a lockbox and temporary guest unlock code.


Guests have full access to all of the Sea Ranch amenities including pools, tennis courts, beaches, club houses, and trails. You will be provided 5 guest passes and 2 hangtags for your vehicles (plus one vehicle covered parking spot for a maximum of 3 guest vehicles). Passes must be presented for each individual for access to the pools, tennis courts, basketball courts and some beaches. Your vehicle must have a hangtag to identify you as a guest at all recreational areas, including the common area parking near the property.


$60 replacement fee for lost rec passes and $25 for vehicle hangtags.


Our property features fiber-powered internet with WiFi access available from anywhere on the property. With upload and download speeds of 250 Mbps, streaming in 4K, gaming and conducting video meetings are no problem. The guest WiFi password is provided upon check-in.


There are wall-mounted televisions in the family room (55" 4K), master bedroom (47" HDTV) and upstairs guest room (37") with a large number of available channels via DirecTV (in the family room) and Smart Options such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc (in the bedrooms) as well as DVD players in the family room and master bedroom.


Aside from the beaches and hiking trails, The Sea Ranch Lodge is a great spot for drinks or a nice dinner out. You can also play a game of golf at the Sea Ranch Golf Links and an enjoy a true ocean course. If you're into horses, there is a equestrian boarding center on Hwy 1 only a couple of miles from our home. Explore nearby Gualala for dining out, shopping and local art. The Gualala River runs along Sea Ranch with picnic areas and kayak rentals in town. Visit the Annapolis Winery or Trinks for a good cup of coffee, desserts and good eats. All of these locations are within 10 miles.


There are a total of 4 beds in the house, a Tempurpedic California King bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the loft upstairs and another California King bed in the upstairs bedroom.
