    Recreation Passes:
    Per The Sea Ranch Association rules, we provide 2 recreation passes per rental. Each pass can accommodate up to 6 people when fully completed. If you need additional passes beyond the 2 provided, day passes are available for $5 per person, per day at the pool kiosk or the Sea Ranch Association office.

    ​​​​​​​PLEASE NOTE: After your booking is confirmed, all guests are required to complete and sign the rental agreement before arrival. Additional information and instructions will be provided after booking.

Fantastic family getaway

Beautiful home, fantastic views. Great location near the rec center. The house has great views and layout for a group. The bedrooms are equally sized with their own bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Can’t wait to book again!

Kyuka Quick Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for a friend's birthday. The bedroom and bathroom situation couldn't have been better with 3 well-separated en-suites plus the loft. That is a rare find. The home was furnished very nicely. A couple of things that need attention are: the sinks in the middle suite are very slow to drain. There are several small area rugs that are falling hazards as they slip around quite easily. Also, the fireplace would not start, although we tried nothing more than flipping the switch called "firplace" and nothing happened, and we investigated no further, like searching for instructions. The setting was lovely, and overall we had a very good stay.

Beautiful property, great location

Photos on the listing look great, yet somehow don't do this property justice. The home is beautiful inside and out. Very clean and tidy, with tasteful furnishing and an unbeatable view. Some small nits- they don't provide soap or shampoo in any of the showers. This is very weird but fine if they were more upfront about it.- the property management company has their address mistyped in their welcome email which made picking up the keys a bit frustrating. We drove to the middle of nowhere to discover their mistake.

The Kyuka home was ideal for our multi-family gathering, with a spacious layout that made everyone feel comfortable. The open kitchen, dining room, and living room, along with a cozy side TV room, created a sense of openness and relaxation. We also appreciated the multiple bathrooms, which were convenient for our group.The location was perfect for taking leisurely walks to the bluffs, and the recreation center, pool, and tennis courts were all within easy walking distance. The Japanese-inspired decor throughout the home was tasteful and added to the ambiance.If I have any suggestions, it would be to provide a few extra spa towels and some plasticware for kids (or families with little ones). However, these are just minor details, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. We can't wait to come back and enjoy Sea Ranch again!"

Can't wait to come back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kyuka was one of two houses we rented for a week over Christmas for 14 family members. It was a perfect spot for all of us to hang out, cook, eat, and play together. We had a Christmas tree and thoroughly enjoyed the incredible ocean views and spectacular waves. The floor plan is a bit of a challenge to get used to but the maze provided for privacy in each of the three master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the bath towels were luxurious!! The hot tub has a beautiful view but it's unusually shallow and not great for more than two people. Being so close to the Ohlson Recreation Center was a real plus. We hope to return to Kyuka the next time we return to Sea Ranch.

Nice Location, Awkward Layout, Amateur Design

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kyuka occupies a fine oceanfront lot at the end of an otherwise dense little string of homes on Wild Iris. Unfortunately, the home is not well designed or appointed. The central kitchen forms an obstacle to free flow and disrupts opportunity for great views. The massive peninsula separating the kitchen from the stepped down family room is a monolith with no functional or aesthetic value. Clumsy craft and poor finish selections like 6” high hats from the 80s are evidence that this home was designed and built on a budget. For the same price, much nicer homes can be had in just as good locations.
