Chasa Munt Plan: Beautiful 3.5 room flat with views of the Lower Engadine Dolomites

Welcome to the Chasa Munt Plan – Welcome to the cosy 3 ½-room flat with wonderful views of the Lower Engadin Dolomites. The flat is located in Ftan Sainas, directly by the cross-country ski trail and the Ftan children's area as well as by the ski bus. The Ftan-Prui chairlift is easily accessible on foot or by the Ardez-Ftan ski bus.



Ftan is situated on a sun-blessed plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Unterengadin Dolomites rise up behind Tarasp Castle, nestling the village into an alpine storybook landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill Ftan tells of the once-rich grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly into the Motta Naluns snow sports area. The children's area with magic carpet makes it easier for beginners to start skiing; this is located directly opposite the apartment. Pure snow fun for young and old is also offered by the sledge run between Prui and Ftan.



In the friendly and cosy apartment (approx. 80 m²) you can enjoy your holiday to the full. From the living room with large dining table with corner bench, exposed beams and from the windows and the adjoining terrace (with stone table and grill) facing west, you have a wonderful view of the Unterengadin Dolomites. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass ceramic hob and fridge with large freezer compartment. In the living room, the fireplace is the highlight for cosy hours by the crackling fire.



The approximately 80 m² flat is located on the first floor of a multi-family house with a sunny seating area with a view. The ski bus stop Ardez-Ftan is only a few minutes' walk away. The cross-country ski trail and children's area with magic carpet are right on your doorstep. You can easily reach the village centre with restaurants and shopping facilities on foot.

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Ftan and let yourself be captivated by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Enjoy a pleasant walk through the old part of the village, relax at Ftan bathing lake, in the bathing and sauna facilities of Bogn Engiadina or take one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and enjoy the Motta Naluns family ski area in winter.



A charging station for electric cars is available for 20.- per week.



The guest card of the Engadin Scuol holiday region is included in every booking for all guests.
