Ftan is located on a sun-drenched plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Lower Engadine Dolomites rise dominantly behind Tarasp Castle, embedding the village in an alpine picture-book landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill Ftan tells of the once-rich grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift quickly and reliably takes you up the mountain and directly to the Motta Naluns snow sports area in winter. The children's area with magic carpet makes it easier for beginners to start skiing. Pure snow fun for big and small is also provided by the toboggan run between Prui and Ftan.

The approx. 48m2 large 3-room ground floor apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed, perfectly suitable for children. The cozy living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa invites you to linger. From the living room, you can access the small but cozy terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs. On the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet. Immediately to the left of the owners' garage, you will find an outdoor parking space. In the owners' garage, you can place your sports equipment, whether skis, sleds or bikes in the summer.
