"The apartment is very nice, clean, and in a great location!! We loved it. The only reason for the 4-Stars is the fact that the hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They were also out of coffee. Thankfully there were very responsive and took care of these things quickly. "

"We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized.
We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day.
Valet parking was also very expensive, especially since the cars are simply parked around the...

I did not realize the hotel didn’t offer room service so I called when I got to the room and was told they don’t do that but I could order take out from the restaurant. Then she said they close at 4:30 and it was 4:05 and they were already closed. No coffee in room either. Check out staff and valet were nice the next morning. "
