"Great location! Nice setup with a private balcony. Good communication all along. Single designated parking spot, which was nice and close to the apartment. Had some minor cleanliness things, like finding some popcorn in the pullout couch. Generally clean and nice. The AC split had a little trouble keeping up with the extreme heat, but that is not a major issue and was probably true for most AC units, but is worth preparing for. Not a lot of little extras, just your basic setup, which worked for...

"Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

"It was exactly as described. It was very clean and a comfortable nights sleep. We stayed 2 nights. Had a little trouble getting into our unit, and also couldnt get the door to lock as we went out for the day, but had no issues with anything. Location was great, making everything walkable."
