"This is our go to stay in Eugene. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. We've stayed in at least 3 different rooms and all have been enjoyable. They have always been able to accommodate my vegetarian diet for breakfast and offer very tasty meals. It's not a buffet style thankfully. Also the grounds are immaculate. We plan on continuing to stay here when visiting eugene. "

When our return home flight was canceled, they worked with us to extend our 8 day vacation stay another night during a sold-out week. "We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. "My husband and I have been staying in this hotel for years. Now we have two little ones and we still stay in this hotel. There’s plenty of activities for the kids to do, there’s a restaurant, and a coffee shop for the mornings. Valet is awesome! Honestly, the beds are not as comfortable as they could be but everything else is pretty amazing."

"Great, funky place! Fun design everywhere. Staff were very friendly and everything seemed brand new. Stayed here during our tour of Oregon colleges and it’s a very short drive to UofO. If you’re looking for a hotel with restaurants adjacent, this isn’t the place, but otherwise it’s perfect. "

"Nice, modern hotel. Good room. The overwhelning impression, however, was the check in. A world wide computer problem is not an excuse for rooms not being ready for occupancy at 5 pm. Computers don’t clean rooms. Staff does. A two and a half hour wait in a crowded reception resulted in a compensation of a bottle of water for each person.
At breakfast they had one person servicing food and coffee to the buffet in a full restaurant.
