This beautiful villa is about 1 km away from Donnalucata's center with its beautiful golden sandy beach and close to other charming baroque towns such as: Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto, Syracuse and Marina di Ragusa with its clubs together with the other places of the Inspector Montalbano, protagonist of the famous TV series, such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.

The building is 300 m2, with 150 m2 terraces overlooking the surrounding landscape and the sea and it is immersed in 1.500 m2 garden, it has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and it can accommodate 8 people.

Minimum stay 4 nights; 7 nights from 25/07/26 to 22/08/26 with arrival day ANY; 6 nights from 19/12/26 to 08/01/27.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 300 kwh (over 300 kwh an extra charge of € 0,50 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms, welcome basket (with local products).
