    🔑 ACCESS TO THE HOUSE (EXCLUSIVE, IN A RESIDENTIAL CONTEXT):

    Belvedere & Blu is located in the heart of the city, in the “Quatteri” (the old sailors' quarter), within a residential context typical of the historic center.
    Access is shared: you go up a first flight of shared stairs and, from there, you enter the house through a separate entrance.
    The house is spread entirely over two levels, on the 1st and 2nd floors.

    ⚠️ The accommodation is only accessible by stairs (there is no elevator).
    Once inside, the house is completely for your exclusive use.
    In short: privacy, tranquility, and the authentic atmosphere of the historic center... without sharing its chaos.


    🔑 CHECK-IN: IN PERSON OR INDEPENDENT:
    We'll welcome you in person (usually by 9:30 PM) to let you in calmly and provide you with all the useful information about the house and the neighborhood.

    If you're arriving later, or prefer to stay independent, independent check-in is available. You'll receive clear instructions before arrival, including a code to access the front door and key collection via a smartbox inside.


    ⏰ OPENING HOURS:

    Late check-out is available upon request and prior confirmation only.

    Since it's in the historic center, it's not possible to park under the house.
    However, there are several public car parks available nearby:

    • Via Madonnuzza (under the walls)
    • Samonà Theatre Parking
    • Spa Parking (Via Agatocle)

    ⚠️ TRAVEL AND MOBILITY:
    🚶‍♂️ On foot — you're already in the historic center: the best way to experience Sciacca, among alleys, restaurants, and places of interest.
    🚗 Car — recommended if you want to explore the beaches and surrounding area independently.
    🚌 Buses — present, but with limited frequency.
    🚕 Taxis — available upon request (services like Uber are not available).


    ℹ️ SOMETHING TO KNOW:
    • ZTL / CAR ACCESS (POSSIBLE LIMITATIONS)
    At certain times of the day and during certain periods of the year, the historic center may have traffic restrictions (ZTL) or restricted traffic zones. To avoid stress, the best solution is to leave your car in the recommended parking lots and enjoy Sciacca on foot.

    • NARROW ALLEYS & HISTORICAL CENTER
    Belvedere & Blu is located in the heart of the historic center: ancient, charming... but narrow streets. If you arrive by car, we recommend parking in the main parking lots and a short walk to the apartment.


    🛏️ CHOICE AND USE OF ROOMS:
    For bookings of 2 guests, only one room is normally prepared, leaving you free to choose the one you prefer.
    If you would like to use multiple rooms or have separate beds, please let us know before your arrival.
    We will still send you a reminder message to help us better organize ourselves based on your needs.



    📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:

    📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY):
    After booking you will receive:
    • the Tourist Rental Agreement to be signed digitally — we use the written form as required for rental agreements (L. 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017).
    • the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the PS authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


    🗑️ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY):
    Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be followed according to the municipal calendar, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained upon check-in.
    🚫 Waste should never be left inside the house, for any reason.
    🕗 Every evening, you must leave the bins with the bags outside the gate, following the indicated schedule.


    🚭 SMOKING:
    Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors will sound the alarm.
    ✅ Smoking is permitted on the balcony/outdoor areas.


    🔑⚡ ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
    The apartment's electrical system is controlled by a small key connected to the house keys. When you leave, this key must be removed, thus turning off the electricity throughout the apartment, except for the refrigerator and kitchen appliances. This system is designed to ensure safety and energy sustainability.


    💧 WATER CONSUMPTION:
    We encourage you to use water wisely and avoid waste: in Sicily, it's a precious resource, especially during the summer. Thank you for your cooperation.
