The 55 m² apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 living room. You have access to a private, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), TV, and convenient self-check-in. From your covered, private south-facing balcony, you enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake – with a direct view of Lake Königssee.



In the shared garden, you can use the barbecue for outdoor meals. The accommodation is close to the beach, allowing you quick access to the water.



Communal parking spaces are available at the house, and public transport is easily accessible. There is a shared bicycle storage room that you are welcome to use. Please note that events on the property are not permitted.
