"We just needed a one night stay while visiting some friends, and found this little gem. Its absolutely worth the money. The room as of older date - but everything is in good condition, and with plenty of space. There was all the amenities needed - and a lovely pool. Furthermore the owner was very kind and helpful and made you feel welcome immediately. I would highly recommend this lovely place."

"Check-in was smooth and effortless. For a economy room I expected a shoe box so was pleasantly surprised. Not huge but more spacious than expected and bright.
Small patio with a piece of ocean view for poor people like myself.
The bed was super comfortable as well as pillows and linens.
Breakfast offered MANY choices. No one should go hungry here.
Luggage storage was also available.

"We stayed in a premium suite with ocean view balcony. The pools and buildings are very nice, and the staff are plentiful and helpful. But the resort is isolated, and the resort seems to discourage guests from leaving. The "concierge" seemed completely unprepared to help. She could not recommend any restaurants in town, or recommend any tours. She could not help with public transportation or private car service. Our best help came from taxi drivers.

"Meget dårlig oplevelse, ekstrem uhøflig og meget lidt hjælpsom reception. Havde bestilt superior værelse, der var intet superior ved det, men ok helt almindeligt værelse. WIFI virkede ikke under vores ophold og igen ingen hjælp fra receptionen. Maden i restauranten var ganske ordinær. Skøn udsigt og dejligt poolområde, hvis man er til saltvandspool. For langt fra den dejlige by Elounda til at kunne gå en aftentur (shuttlebussen kører kun til kl. 17). Vi kommer ikke igen. "

"had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The buffet offered a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. If you book a room from the Cool Living Selection, you even get the chance to visit the nearest town in the evening with a complimentary cocktail in a local bar – such a nice touch!
Upon arrival, everything was clearly explained, and the staff took their time to make sure I felt welcome. Everyone was friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. The beach was great...

"Sindssygt lækkert værelse med egen pool. Perfekt til vores ‘babymoon’. Hotellet er mega lækkert, og service er virkelig god. 20 min gåtur fra hotellet ligger byen Elounda, hvor jeg kan anbefale at gå ind om aftenen og spise aftensmad. Eneste minus på hotellet er nemlig maden, der er ret dyr og ret middelmådig. Vi spiste aftensmad der de to første dage, før vi begyndte at tage ned i byen. Der fik vi mere for det halve.

They promoted a "movie night", but would not tell us what the movie would be until that day! Most of the guests appear to be older couples and their adult children, who just plan to lay on the beach and eat.
The "gym" facility was a joke. A small room totally out of scale to the resort.
The slate floor in our room was filthy. Every time we walked on it in bare feet, our feet became black.
The private beach area attracts plastic waste. The sand was covered in plastic trash and plastic was floating in the water. This is a general problem in the Meditteranean today.
Meals were very expensive. The lunch buffet was 41 euro per person. In addition, I arrived to lunch wearing a t-shirt and swimsuit, and was asked to go back to my room and change into shorts. They had no problem with the young woman wearing a thong and mesh cover up.
I expect more for what we paid, at what was presented as a luxury resort."
