Central Park tennis 🎾 court down the street casino 5 min away malls about 10 mins away in the area as well. Barbershops , hair salons, tanning salons, and many places to eat

There’s a very easy way travel with car bike or bus with all three things in the area as well from Uber to city bikes and bus lines in front the building

No smoking 🚭 no parties 🎉 no rearranging furniture or moving smoke alarms 🚨…… these are things that can bring about a $200 fine if the guest don’t cooperate with these rules.. especially because these are all serious safety issues as well
Theirs no cleaning fee $.... if you decide to clean … if not your more than welcome to pay a cleaning fee … $30 for just bedding $60 for whole apartment and $120 for extra messy which is optional .... we have free washer and dryer in the apartment 😊
