The interior is an open-concept living space and stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. All others rooms also have AC. The design and feeling of the house wonderfully mirrors the rustic, coastal beach culture Fire Island is so well-known for. Towels, sheets, full housekeeping inventory, board games, a full TV set, music devices, a hair dryer and iron are also available to make your stay more convenient.

We are members of FIPPOA. FIPPOA (https://www.fippoa.org/), which stands for Fire Island Pines Property Owners' Association, was incorporated in 1953 and, through the years, FIPPOA’s role has expanded to become the recognized local government representing the interests of Fire Island Pines with federal, state, Suffolk County and Town of Brookhaven officials and agencies.

Being members of FIPPOA gives us more insight on events and other artistic, social and cultural initiatives that take place in the Pines. The Fire Island Pines Art Project, FIPAP (https://www.fipap.org/), the Fire Island Pines Historical Society (https://www.pineshistory.org/#gsc.tab=0) and the Fire Island Pines Conservation Society (https://www.pinesconservationsociety.org/) also organize stellar events throughout the year.

We also know around 40 other owners in the Pines and we can help introduce our guests to pool parties/beach parties/other events that we have access to through the friendships we’ve cultivated over the years. Many nationwide LGBT charities host their Annual Fundraising events/Galas on Fire Island and these events are super fancy and lovely. We are always happy to link our guests with whatever we know is happening on the Island.
